Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the health practitioner's day that could have been filled by another patient. In an effort to offer session time to other patients, a 24-hour notice of cancellation is required unless an emergency or illness occurs. Patients who provide less than 24-hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. A no-show will be charged a full fee for the missed appointment.
